In Pauls Garden

We named our garden Paul’s Garden. Paul Mang our Adventure Trek coordinator had started back in March prepping the garden for the spring.

This is our best year ever for the organic garden. Paul and the  guy’s have worked hard planting and maintaining it. Chef Bob gathers vegetables daily from it. He brings in lettuce, squash and zucchini right now, but tomatoes, eggplant and beans are on the way.

We are very proud of their work.
