Chef Bob is the Executive Chef at Little Creek Lodge. He is in charge of all aspects of food service for residents and staff, including but not limited to budgeting, ordering, planning, and preparation of the menu
Chef Bob is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and an award-winning chef, including:
- 1st Place – Skills USA Culinary PA Regional
- 1st Place – Skills USA Culinary PA State
- 13th Place – Skills USA Culinary PA National
- Lacka CTC Chef Du Jour Award for Excellence in Practical Skills
- Lacka CTC Senior of the Year
